Shipping FAQ

Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. Processing can take 3-10 business days before receiving a tracking number. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED! If you order any of our CoCo Mi Moi products, Please keep track with the tracking number provided as products may melt if left in warm temperatures.

WE ARE NOT responsible for any melted products.THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR SWITCHING OF PRODUCTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.



DAMAGED

Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 5 days of receiving package. Items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 7 days


MISSING 

Customer have five days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after five days will not be retrievable


INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.


INVALID ADDRESS

If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you for the product minus a $5 service fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the selected shipping company and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee. 

 

ALLERGIES

Please review ingredients on all products to avoid allergy issues. Most customers love our products and we appreciate you for trying our organic all natural skin product. If any allergic re-action accurse please to stop using immediately and seek medical attention.


REFUNDS

Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
